Kim Kardashian Slammed for Carting North and Penelope Around in a Stroller
Mommy-shamers came out in full force after Kim Kardashian shared a snap of North West and Penelope Disick in a stroller. The cousins, who are five and six years old respectively, celebrated P's birthday over the weekend, but their mode of transportation had people concerned. The duo, who have been besties since birth, have been making their joint B'Day bashes a tradition. Last year, the birthday girls — North turned five on June 15, while Penelope rang in her sixth on July 8 — had a Moana-themed party. Penelope chose to wear an exact replica of the title character in the 2016 Disney film, while North rocked a grass crown with a matching lei. Guests chowed down on traditional BBQ fare like ribs and macaroni and cheese, and they had shaved ice treats for dessert. Yum!
This year, however, the two opted for a unicorn-themed shindig — complete with matching rainbow robes and a DJ. "North and Penelope's unicorn birthday party today," Kim said in a clip showing unicorn-inspired cakes, donuts, and cupcakes. North can be heard in the background and the KKW Beauty mogul tells her to "go with Daddy."
Recently, North channeled her inner Kanye West by rapping one of his songs on Twitter. Wearing her pajamas in the back of a car, she sang, "Make no mistake, I still love you." So cute! Maybe she and P can start their own girl group? We'd buy the album, TBH.
