Kourtney Kardashian Defends Her Style After Kim Accuses Her of Copying Her: ‘I’ve Never Dressed Like You’
It’s normal for sisters to fight over clothes and Kourtney and Kim Kardashian are no different. While many may think the Kar-Jenners have different taste in clothes, Keeks, 38, doesn’t always agree.
In a teaser clip released on Thursday, September 12, for an upcoming episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kourtney shows her younger sister Khloé Kardashian a Vintage Dior sparkly pink dress as an option to wear for her 40th birthday party. The 35-year-old seems to like the dress but insists they FaceTime Kim to get a second opinion. However, Kourt revealed she doesn’t know if she trusts Kim’s “opinion the most.”
Once they got her on the phone, Khloé admitted to Kim that the Poosh founder would have preferred to call Kendall Jenner instead, which triggered Kim to start an argument with her older sis. “Well, if you don’t care about you and I, why do you keep on picking out the same clothes?” Kim told her. Kourtney evidently got defensive and fired back. “I don’t know what you’re talking about. I’ve never dressed like you,” she said. “I dress completely different than Kim.”
In a confessional, Kim defended her reason as to why she reacted the way she did, admitting that she has established a close relationship with the designer of the dress, while Kourtney hasn’t. “I’ve spent months and months flying to Miami to see what his vision is … for her to jump in, I was just like ‘Oh c’mon.’ She has no idea how this works.”
Despite the fact that Kim may think Kourtney is copying her style, they sometimes clash because they have such different tastes. When the trio visited Japan as seen in season 15, Kim called out her sisters and said they looked like “f–king clowns.” Kourtney disagreed and admitted she liked her own look. “I thought my hair looked good, and I thought my outfit was fun for Japan.” You go, girl!
