Kourtney Kardashian is giving her nephew Saint West a birthday shout out!
The KUWTK star shared a never-before-seen photo of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's son on Instagram — and even she can't believe he's already a year old.

"I can't believe this was one year ago today. Happy birthday my little Sainty," she captioned the cute selfie with Saint as a newborn.
However, fans saw the photo as a sign the mother-of-three is ready for another baby now that she has reunited with longtime boyfriend Scott Disick.
