As a wise rapper once said, “This s–t got me in my feelings.” On Wednesday, March 27, the season 16 KUWTK trailer officially dropped. While it’s likely that the new season will focus predominantly on the Tristan Thompson cheating scandal, there’s one beloved duo we are dying to see more of — Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick.

Why are we so excited to see a pair of exes interact, you ask? Well, because … WE. STILL. SHIP. IT. Sorry, Sofia Richie, you’re great, but this is bigger than you, sweetie. During the trailer, the camera panned to Kourt, 39, who was asked how many people she’s ever been in love with. Her answer was short and sweet: “One.”

*Pauses to breathe deeply.* Considering Kourt’s only other “serious” relationship besides Scott was with Younes Bendjima … we’re pretty freakin’ sure she was talking about her baby daddy. To add even more fuel to the lovebird fire, Scott admitted in August 2018 that he and Kourtney had plans to give their relationship another shot. “We always said we’d try to get back together when we’re 40,” he told Khloé Kardashian.

Fun fact: Kourt turns 40 years old on April 18. Does this mean that the pair is going to enact their pact or is the plan to get back together when they’re BOTH 40? If that’s the case, then we can expect Scott and Kourtney to be one big happy family again come May 26, 2024.

All jokes aside, even if the most beloved Kar-Jenner couple never gets back together, it’s amazing to see Scott and Kourtney come such a long way as incredible coparents to their kiddos — Mason, 9, Penelope, 6, and Reign, 4. Plus, if Scott has to date someone else, we’re glad it’s someone as put together as Sofia, 21. She’s definitely a positive influence on The Lord.
