Kourtney Kardashian Gets Spooky By Singing Kylie Jenner’s ‘Rise and Shine’ at Halloween Event
Ever since Kylie Jenner sang the words “Rise and Shine” to her daughter, Stormi Webster, in her office tour YouTube video, the world can’t stop bopping to it, including her sister Kourtney Kardashian. The 40-year-old took to her Instagram Story on Thursday, October 17, to jam out to what’s become a viral sensation, only Kourt added a little twist of her own when she sang while wearing a scary costume. Is it just us, or are we slightly getting Masked Singer vibes?
“This actually gives me chills, @kyliejenner,” Kourt wrote on the video, in which she was accompanied by another person who was also wearing a mask. In her following Insta Story, the Poosh founder revealed that she attended Nights of Jack — which is a Halloween/ Jack O’ Lantern event. Kourt’s kids were also in on the fun. She snapped a pic of what seemed to be Reign rockin’ a scary goblin costume. Clearly, this family is all about starting the Halloween festivities early.
In the past, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star, her three kids — Mason, Penelope and Reign — and Scott Disick have dressed up in family-themed costumes. Despite Kourt and the Talentless founder, 36, not being together, they always make the best of every situation for the sake of their kids. However, that doesn’t mean it’s always picture perfect.
Over the years, the former flames have remained super tight, and so have Scott and Khloé Kardashian. While it’s awesome that Scott has a great relationship with the Kar-Jenner fam, sometimes it creates tension — particularly when it comes to his friendship with Koko. “There are times when Kourtney feels excluded — especially when Scott and Khloé are giggling away over some inside joke or go to lunch together without her — but all in all she’s happy they’re so close,” a source exclusively revealed to Life & Style in October.
Thankfully, it’s not a big deal for Kourt because Scott and Khloé are friendship goals. The two didn’t always have the best bond, but over the years, they’ve gotten super close. They even look after each other. “Scott’s extremely protective over Khloé and doesn’t want to see her get hurt again,” another insider exclusively divulged to Life & Style, referring to her relationship with ex Tristan Thompson. What a good pal!
