Dating a Teen Has Made Scott Disick a Better Father, According to Kourtney Kardashian! (EXCLUSIVE)
Even though there’s some (understandable) drama between Kourtney Kardashian and her ex Scott Disick over his relationship with 19-year-old Sofia Richie, Life & Style can exclusively reveal that things are beginning to blow over. Sources close to the famous fam say the mother-of-three is warming up to her baby daddy’s new boo!
“Kourtney is giving Sofia credit for turning Scott into a better man, and more importantly, a better father,” an insider reveals. “She’s happy that Scott’s priorities have shifted from nightmare party animal to reliable baby daddy.” Throughout their on-again, off-again nine-year relationship, Kourtney, 38, and Scott, 34, often warred over his hard-partying ways, and the brunette beauty repeatedly threatened to restrict his time with their kids — Mason, 8, Penelope, 5, and Reign, 3.
Since he began his fling with Sofia, though, things have been much more chill. “[Kourt] doesn’t really care how or why Scott turned over a new leaf,” notes the insider, “as long as he stays that way and doesn’t slip back into his old routines.”
Finding this middle ground wasn’t easy. As In Touch reported early last month, Kourtney wasn’t allowing Scott to introduce Sofia to the kids. “Scott and Kourtney were at each other’s throats,” a source said at the time. “The argument got so heated that Scott stormed out of Kourtney’s house, slamming the door behind him.”
Needless to say, it’s good that Kourt and Sofia are starting to get along because, as Life & Style previously revealed, Scott is already talking marriage with his much younger lady. Apparently, Lord Disick “would spend 24 hours a day with Sofia if he could,” a source said, adding that the two have already shopped for engagement rings together.
And Kourtney can’t really judge. She’s currently dating 24-year-old model Younes Bendjima. No matter what, we just hope all adults involved are co-parenting adequately!
