Kourtney Kardashian Sweetly Kisses and ‘Shnuggles’ Son Reign in Adorable New Photo
Warning: Major cuteness overload ahead. On Monday, October 14, Kourtney Kardashian took to Instagram to share the sweetest new photo of herself and son Reign Disick spending some quality time together. “Shnuggles,” the longtime KUWTK star, 40, captioned the post of the pair nestled up in bed sharing a little kiss!
Unsurprisingly, Kourtney’s followers were living for the tender moment. “Love him,” commented Kim Kardashian’s bestie Jonathan Cheban. “The cutest,” added a fan. “Such a stunning photo!” a second fan chimed in, while a third echoed, “You’re such a good mommy. Another reason why you’re one of my favorites!”
Unfortunately, not everyone thought the photo of Kourtney and her 4-year-old was, er, appropriate … no, we’re not kidding. “Yuck, really?” one hater wrote. “Never kiss your kids on the mouth!” added another. As it happens, Kourtney isn’t the first famous mama who has received backlash for kissing her son on the mouth. In 2016, Hilary Duff was forced to defend herself against trolls for smooching her now-7-year-old Luca during a trip to Disneyland.
“For anyone commenting that a kiss on the lips with my 4-year-old is ‘inappropriate’ go ahead and click a quick unfollow with your warped minds and judgment,” the former Disney Channel star, 32, clapped back at the time. Our thoughts exactly!
Despite some people’s (unnecessary) judgments, Kourtney and the father of her children, Scott Disick, have come a long way in the coparenting department. “The truth is, my problems shouldn’t affect the kids,” the Talentless founder, 36, told Us Weekly in June.
“Just because their mother and I couldn’t make it as a perfect, romantic couple shouldn’t have anything to do with the kids. They don’t deserve our mistakes, so we figured out a way. We still need to be as honest and as good to each other as if we were together. Let’s raise these children together and that’s it.”
It sounds like Reign and his older siblings Mason, 9, and Penelope, 7, are raised in a household full of love and affection!
