Uh-oh! Scott Disick admitted that he “feels bad” about not knowing how to act around Kourtney Kardashian and Sofia Richie during the October 6 episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. The Poosh founder extended the invite of their family vacation to Finland to the model, but the Lord ended up being the one who couldn’t quite handle it.
“Sometimes you have so many inside jokes or inside things with somebody you’ve known for so long, even if you’re not romantically with them, you don’t really know how to act. It is definitely a really hard and awkward situation, and I just feel bad,” he explained in the new KUWTK episode. In addition, the New York native shares three children with the reality starlet — Mason, Penelope and Reign — which has also made them much closer over the years.
Scott’s anxiety wasn’t lost on his current love interest, who also noticed that he was acting strange. “You’re a lot more sophisticated with me when Kourtney’s around. You turn into a 5-year-old when it’s just us,” Sofia said while eating dinner with the former couple.
It turns out, the Flip It Like Disick star felt like he was “juggling everything” but eventually turned to his baby mama for help. “It’s just hard because I’m like, trying to make everybody happy,” he confessed during a candid conversation with Kourtney. “Everyone has different things. And I want you to be comfortable, I want Sofia to be comfortable.”
Kourtney responded, “I think you put so much pressure on things to make it perfect. I do that too. But I’ve been not really doing that as much anymore. You just think like, ‘Oh! It’s one more experience we have that we didn’t have before.'”
Luckily, after their chat, Scott wanted to “make the most of this trip” and worked on having a better attitude about the vacation.
Nowadays, Sofia seems to have integrated into the famous family, but that obviously took some time and a few hiccups along the way. We can’t wait to see where they’re headed next!
