At least one good thing came out of Krystal Nielson's experience on The Bachelor. The personal trainer revealed on the Women Tell All special — after being attacked by her former co-stars, of course, — that her brother Jordan has come back into her life thanks to the reality dating competition.

According to Krystal, her little brother Jordan, who has been homeless for the past two years, watched her season while staying with a friend and was realized how much she cared about him. Earlier in the season, the 29-year-old beauty opened up to Arie LuyendyK Jr. about her sibling's struggles and how he did not want help from her or their family. Until now.

Despite her villain status on The Bachelor, Krystal was surprised fans mocked her family issues and left negative comments on social media. "It’s been gnarly," she told People magazine of the cyberbullying. "The thing that hurt me the most was talking about how my little brother was right to stay away from me and be on the streets. I can deal with people calling me fat or horse face or I have a big nose or I’m ugly. Whatever — you don’t have a clear television. But to say things about my little brother, that really hit home."

She also opened up about the hate on her Instagram, writing, "The negativity and cruel words about my character and my appearance is something that I’ve never dealt with, especially not on a public platform. I let it get to me and I let it affect my sleep, my relationships with others and my passion for doing the work that I love." She continued, "As tough as it was at times filming the show, I’m so thankful for the experience because it’s allowed me to grow. I’m learning to take the good with the bad and becoming stronger as a result." Stay strong, Krystal!

Reading the comments on my posts over the past few weeks has been eye opening to say the least. The negativity and cruel words about my character and my appearance is something that I’ve never dealt with, especially not on a public platform. I let it get to me and I let it affect my sleep, my relationships with others and my passion for doing the work that I love. A close friend of mine gave me some good advice: to not delete the negative comments because it’s a part of my journey- thanks @heatherlysmith . As tough as it was at times filming the show, I’m so thankful for the experience because it’s allowed me to grow. I’m learning to take the good with the bad and becoming stronger as a result. I was humbled and thankful for the support that @oliviacaridi and some of my followers showed by taking a stand against bullying. I choose to stand up and say that negative words do not have power over me. I will not be a victim and I will not bully back. #notme @j_webs_photography
