‘Vanderpump Rules’ Alum Lala Kent Reveals She Wants Her ‘Boobs Redone’ After Birth of Daughter Sosa
Lala Kent opened up about motherhood and revealed she wants to get her “boobs redone” after nursing her youngest child, 6-month-old Sosa Kent.
The Vanderpump Rules alum, 34, shared the confession during the Tuesday, March 25, episode of her “Give Them Lala” podcast after a fan asked Lala to describe her self-identity after welcoming Sosa and Ocean Kent Emmett, 4.
Lala answered that she’s “wrapped up in her kids,” and later explained the moment she felt her best — a place she’d like to get back to.
“Season 10 [of Vanderpump Rules] was the prime example of me … I really wanted to figure out who I was,” the Row star said. “I went back to being bleached blonde. I — sorry [cohost and brother] Easton [Burmingham] — got my boobs done, got my ears pinned back. Keep in mind, I’m going to have to go in and get my boobs redone because it looks like I didn’t even have a boob job after nursing a second child.”
While looking back at her identity before becoming a mom, Lala asked, “When is my Lala coming back?”
“Because – these moments are fleeting,” she continued, “There will be a moment that comes and you’re going to be, like, ‘My identity is gone because my identity lies within my kids. Who am I?”
The Bravo star admitted she doesn’t know when she’s going to fully feel like herself again – and “thinking, the long haul, is very, very terrifying.”
Sosa was born on September 3, 2024, after Lala conceived her via intrauterine insemination (IUI). Lala gave birth to Ocean on March 15, 2021. The reality star shares her eldest child with ex-fiancé, Randall Emmett, whom she split from that October.
As for Lala’s plastic surgery journey, she’s taken fans along on her procedures and injections over the years. In fact, she shared her plans for a breast augmentation after welcoming Ocean and publishing her book Give Them Lala.
“I want to celebrate. I’m going into surgery to have my boobies done on Friday,” she said during an April 2022 appearance on the “Behind the Velvet Rope” podcast. “I’ll be down for a little bit, but the second that I’m up and at ’em, I will be taking my new boobs out to celebrate my national bestseller book.”
The former SUR hostess added, “I’m just ready to get them up there, maybe a little bigger. I’m gonna get my groove back.”
Lala underwent the procedure in June 2022 and gushed over the results the following month.
“Oh, my gosh. I love my new boobs. I love my new boobs and I love my new ear. I’m feeling it’s gonna be hot girl summer,” Lala gushed to Us Weekly on July 18, 2022, who also got her left ear pinned back.
Although Lala has been transparent about her cosmetic enhancement updates, fans have still accused her of getting more work done than she’s let on. In fact, she clapped back at critics who shared their dislike of her freshly filled lips during the Vanderpump Rules season 10 reunion.
“‘Stop touching your face. You looked so much better in season 4.’ Like, didn’t we all look so much better when we were 23, 24, because it was all hitting different,” Lala said via Instagram in May 2023. “And if you have a problem, don’t touch your own face. Don’t worry who touches mine cause how my face is poked with does not affect you whatsoever. I don’t care what your face looks like so don’t care about what mine looks like.”
