Lionel Richie’s Daughter Sofia, 16, Lands Huge Modeling Deal
Move over, Nicole Richie — there’s a new pretty face in the family.
Sofia Richie, daughter of singer Lionel Richie, has just been signed by top modeling agency, Select Model Management. The 16-year-old has been burying her face in fashion magazines for years, anxiously awaiting this opportunity.
Sofia isn’t new to the camera, as she’s appeared on sister Nicole’s reality series, ‘Candidly Nicole.’ In fact, her sister, who was recently named Style Influencer of the Year at the Footwear News Achievement Awards, is who she goes to for fashion inspiration, along with the Olsen twins, she says. (Nicole was adopted by Lionel and then-wife, Brenda Harvey, in 1983. The crooner welcomed Sofia and son Miles, 20, with his second wife, Diane Alexander.
