NSFW! Lizzo Strips Down for Fully Nude Instagram Photo Shoot and Fans Are Shook
Feeling good as hell! Lizzo shared fully nude photos of herself on Instagram and fans are here for it. It looked like she had an impromptu shoot while lounging on the couch, but this isn’t the first time the queen of confidence has showed a lot of skin on social media.
“Paint me like ya French bitch,” the 31-year-old captioned a series an NSFW pictures that showed her posing on an orange couch with nothing on.
“Lovin your confidence,” one person commented in response. “I want to be her,” someone else quipped. “Imma tell my kids this is Mona Lisa,” another follower joked.
Considering the Grammy nominee says “thick thighs save lives” in the song “Tempo,” it’s safe to say that she is feeling good in her own skin. However, she confessed that finding her inner-confidence took time. “I had an insecurity about what a star looks like, or what a front-person looks like,” she admitted during an interview with for their October issue. “I felt like I was inadequate; I felt like I wasn’t enough; I felt like people didn’t want to look at me and listen to what I had to say.”
Part of the reason why Lizzo is so open on social media is to connect with people who may be feeling down on themselves — like she did at one time. “I take self-love very seriously,” she continued. “And I take it seriously because when I was younger, I wanted to change everything about myself. I didn’t love who I was. And the reason I didn’t love who I was is because I was told I wasn’t lovable by the media, by [people at] school, by not seeing myself in beauty ads, by not seeing myself in television … by lack of representation.”
The “Truth Hurts” singer learned over time that feeling good about yourself is the key to success. “My self-hatred got so bad that I was fantasizing about being other people,” she divulged. “But you can’t live your life trying to be somebody else. What’s the point?”
Lizzo has come a long way since that self-conscious kid and has stayed true to who she is. We can’t wait to see what’s next!
