It hasn’t been an easy year for Luann de Lesseps. The Real Housewives of New York City star recently filed for divorce from husband Tom D’Agostino just months after their New Year’s Eve nuptials in Palm Beach, FL. Now, fans think the 52-year-old may have gotten more plastic surgery on her face.
The mother-of-two has been candid about her previous procedures. As her spokesperson said, “Luann has tried it all and doesn’t hide from it. It’s called maintenance.” Life & Style talked to a few experts about what the reality star may have had done over the last few years. Scroll down for their thoughts on the Countess’ changing looks. Note: None of the doctors quoted in this article have worked with Luann directly.
Dermatologist Dr. Gary Goldenberg pointed out that Luann’s forehead is as smooth now as it was nearly a decade ago, which he chalks up to Botox. A typical treatment would probably cost between $900 and $1,200.

“Her undereye area appears to be fuller,” said plastic surgeon, Dr. Josef Hadeed, “which may be the result of fillers.” He said that the cost of fillers in that area ranges from $600 to $1,200. But, he also added, “She looks just as a woman her age should!”
Plastic surgeon Dr. Lyle Back was impressed by Luann’s contours. “Her cheeks seem well-plumped,” he said, estimating she spends in the neighborhood of $8,000 on fillers.
The star’s “pores are smaller now,” Dr. Goldenberg said. “She doesn’t have a lot of sun damage.” He thought she may be using microneedling or laser resurfacing, which can cost between $1,500 and $2,500. Dr. Back concurred. “Laser resurfacing has made her skin look softer and smoother,” he shared. “She looks youthful and not over-done.”
