Did Ramona Singer get plastic surgery? The 60-year-old Real Housewives of New York City star has undergone a drastic transformation since she first hit the reality TV scene in 2007. The mom-of-one and divorcée has been very open about her cosmetic procedures, including getting her boobs done in 2016.

"I did it for me," she said. "I wanted to feel sexier. I wanted to be able to look just as good with a brassiere as without one. And before, because I am over 50, let's face it, gravity hits. It wasn't hitting that badly, but I wanted to look perkier. I wanted to be perky the way I was in my 30s." The transformation began just a year after Ramona divorced Mario Singer, her husband of 23 years. "It made me feel good," the Connecticut native added.

She also admitted in her blog to minor upkeep, such as Botox twice a year on her forehead and the sides of her eyes along with an eye lift on her eyelids and fillers underneath her eyes.

As for whether or not she plans to go under the knife again, a super confident Singer remained adamant that more plastic surgery wasn't something she thought she needed. "Why would I have anything planned?" she asked. "I look the best I’ve ever looked. I think I look great. I'm very happy."

Instead, she credits her "great looks" to a strict workout regimen and healthy eating. "Most girls my age — over 50 — have had the complete facelift, the neck lift, and I don’t really need that," Singer continued. "I’m into working out and staying fit." She also credited some minor weight gain for those pesky rumors. "I have gained 10lbs which fills out my face," Ramona explained to All About the Real Housewives. "I no longer work 24/7 and I’m happy so no stress shows on my face."

However top docs in the plastic surgery biz are weighing in! According to New York plastic surgeon Dr. Andrew Miller, who has not worked on Ramona, "It looks like she may have had fillers placed in the cheeks because they appear a bit fuller. Also, the upper eyelids look slightly lifted which can be accomplished with Botox injections." Florida plastic surgeon Dr. Vartan Mardirossian, who also does not treat Ramond, agrees and adds that the mother-of-one may have undergone a rhinoplasty as well.
