The Real Housewives of New York City's Luann de Lesseps is bouncing back after divorcing her second husband, Tom D'Agostino, with the help of the ancient practice of yoga.

"Yoga saved my life," Luann, who suffered a humiliating arrest after allegedly drunkenly attacking a law enforcement officer in Palm Beach, FL, reveals to Life & Style. It wasn't the first time this ancient practice made a difference in her life.

Luann says she was in bad emotional shape following her divorce from first husband Alexandre de Lesseps in 2009. But she got back on her feet with the help of yoga, and it's also gotten her through these tough times.

Still, she knows she's got more progress to make. Though she hasn't kissed a man in seven months, she says she knows she's not ready to date again. Says Luann, "I am trying to work on my inner self and well-being."
