It looks like no one but Kanye West wants Kim Kardashian to move to Chicago, especially her nephew Mason Disick. In the April 7 episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kim, 38, was discussing her possible move to her hubby’s native city, when all of a sudden Mase, 9, chimed in and gave his opinion on why he was so against it.
“I wanna go to one of Ye’s concerts,” he told his family at the dinner table. “Well, they’re all going to be in Chicago now,” said his dad Scott Disick. “They are?!” asked Mason, to which Keeks replied, “I don’t know. He is thinking of moving to Chicago.”
What Mason said next is basically what the entire family thinks. “You can’t move to Chicago! Your whole family is here!” he told Kim. We hear ya, Mase.
On April 2, the mom-of-three appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live and weighed in on possibly relocating. Rather than confirming or denying the move, she provided details on why Kanye wants to go back to his hometown in the first place.
“We’re going to remodel his mother’s home, and he wants to stay there with all the kids,” she revealed. “It’s a one-and-a-half bedroom home. So I think it would be fun for once in a while,” she continued. “I would love to spend more time in Chicago. It’s his home. It’s you know, what made him. And I definitely want to spend more time there. But you know, it would be hard.”
“It would be hard to keep up with all of you if you are in Chicago in a one-and-a-half bedroom home,” added Jimmy, before Kim nodded her head and agreed. It doesn’t seem like Kim is too crazy about the idea of moving away from her family, but at least she’s willing to consider it. Compromise is key, right?
