Megan Fox’s Dating History Amid Pregnancy With Machine Gun Kelly: Marriage, Flings and More Romances

Megan opened up about her young love relationship with high school boyfriend Ben Leahy during a 2009 interview with Rolling Stone.

“He was very sweet and wonderful, really tall and big with a perfect body, and he was a badass,” she described of her ex to the publication. “I was totally drawn to him.”

The young starlet and the 7th Heaven star dated for a brief period between 2003 and 2004.

Megan and David made their first, and only, red carpet appearance together at the premiere of Disney’s Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen. The actress appeared in the film alongside lead Lindsay Lohan.

After her stint with David, Megan fell in love with a stripper named Nikita who performed “beautiful slow dances to Aerosmith ballads.”

“Well, that year my boyfriend broke up with me, and I decided — oh man, sorry, mommy! — that I was in love with this girl that worked at the Body Shop,” Megan revealed to GQ in 2008. “I decided that I was going to get her to love me back, and I went out of my way to create a relationship with this girl, a stripper named Nikita.”

Later in the interview, Megan clarified that she is “not a lesbian” but “could see [herself] in a relationship with a girl.”

Brian Austin Green

After breaking up with David and embarking on her romance with Nikitta in 2004, Megan ended the year by beginning to date Brian Austin Green. The pair raised eyebrows since Megan is 13 years his junior.

Nonetheless, the pair were together for 15 years on-again, off-again.

Brian proposed to Megan in 2009, called it off months later, and got engaged again in June 2010. They tied the knot later that month in Hawaii and welcomed kids Noah, Bodhi and Journey during their marriage.

Before Journey was born, Megan filed for divorce from Brian in 2015. However, they reconciled and welcomed their youngest child the following year. They split for good in 2020 and finalized their divorce two years later.

Although their romantic relationship didn’t withstand the test of time, Megan and Brian continued to amicably coparent their children together.

Fans were convinced that Shia and Megan had a secret romance while filming Transformers in 2007.

Years later, the Even Stevens star admitted that there was a certain spark between them, to which Megan confirmed during a 2018 appearance on Watch What Happens Live.

“I mean, I would confirm that it was romantic. I love him, I have never been really quiet about that. I love him,” she told host Andy Cohen alongside Tyra Banks.

Megan and MGK met in 2020 while costarring in the film Midnight in the Switchgrass and started dating months later. The “twin flames” got engaged in 2022 but experienced a few rough patches after she said “Yes.”

The couple has maintained public respect for each other, and they don’t air out their dirty laundry in the public. That said, they love to share happy news and Megan announced in November 2024 that she and MGK were expecting their first child together after experiencing a miscarriage at an unknown time.
