Meghan Trainor Reveals Plastic Surgery Results: Photos of the Singer’s Transformation Through the Years

2014

Meghan broke out into the music scene in 2014 with her debut single, “All About That Bass,” which she said was made for herself and focused on her “body insecurities.”

“I was already at a tough place with my body, especially being out in front of all those people and having them judge me,” the mom of two explained to People in September 2021. “A lot of people in the beginning of my career would say stuff to me in person like, ‘Well, you’re much skinnier than I thought you’d be,’ or just weird backhanded comments. So I’ve had a very weird relationship with my body for a lot of years, especially because I grew up chubby.”

2020

Meghan often wore baggier clothing to hide her figure, she told The Guardian in March 2020. “I felt insecure and I didn’t know how to dress my body,” she said. I’m still learning what looks awesome on me – it’s a dangerous game of expensive clothes.”

2022

The Grammy winner adopted a healthier lifestyle after she welcomed son Riley, which led to a 60-pound weight loss. She looked completely transformed in 2022.

2023

Meghan dished on her Botox in August 2023, revealing that she got Ryan to join the craze, too. “Friends and family, I did it, there’s nothing I can’t do,” the pop singer said on the August 24, 2023, episode of “Workin’ on It.” “Example A, I got Ryan to get Botox.”

Meghan revealed that she had been getting injections for a few years and loved it. “I don’t need Botox as much as they say. Mine lasts so long, it’s great. And I think yours will too,” she told her brother.

The injections also improved her perioral dermatitis, which is an acne-like rash on her face.

2024

Meghan revealed on the November 20, 2024, episode of “Workin’ on It” that she had decided to get her breasts done after sons Riley and Barry were born.

“They got big, they got small, they got big, they got small,” the pop star said of her chest, noting that she has “saggy sacks as boobs” after losing weight.

“And what’s really difficult is trying on all these amazing outfits for tour and for shows coming up,” the “Mother” singer continued. “I have to wear the most supportive bras, and it could ruin the outfit.”

“I’ve always joked and said for years, like, ‘I can’t wait till I can get a boob job.’ It might be new for all of our listeners but I have wanted this my whole life so I’m going to have boobies that don’t look at the floor,” Meghan joked. However, she noted that she won’t get them “big.”

“I’m just getting a lift,” Meghan said. “Maybe a little implant just so they’re like, ‘We are boobs,’ ‘cause right now, they are not. But I love them, love my body, and I’ve been wanting this for years.”

March 2025

“Recently I decided to do something just for me,” Meghan explained in a March 6, 2025, video unveiling her new breast implants. She shared a mirror selfie before the procedure, telling fans, “I’ve always struggled with loving my boobs,” saying they were “always sagging my whole life.”

Meghan showed off the “after” results of her breast lift and augmentation with Motiva implants while wearing a form-fitting beige sweater.

The Grammy winner said she “loves” the results, as “my breasts look completely fuller yet natural.” Meghan joked, “They’re finally twin sisters and not distant cousins.”
