She’s baaaack! Miranda Lambert dropped her first new music video, “It All Comes Out in the Wash,” since marrying Brendan McLoughlin, and it’s all about “coming clean,” she told ET. The song is part of a new album, Wildcard, which the singer teased will be released on November 1. This will be her first solo album since 2016’s The Weight of These Wings, and it will be so exciting to hear what she comes out with.

If “It All Comes Out in the Wash” is any indication, we’ll be listening to this album on repeat. The 35-year-old previously noted during an interview on July 1 with Chicago radio station US 99.5 FM that she’s “a little nervous [to be back]” after the “longest break [she’s] ever had.” She’s known to create songs that relate to her real life, and the latest single promises that whatever mistake — big or small — you make, it will eventually be OK.

The lyrics of the chorus read: “It’ll all come out, all come out in the wash/Every little stain, every little heartbreak, no matter how messy it got/You take the sin and the men and you throw ’em all in/And you put that sucker on spin.” Miranda’s story to find love has been filled bumps along the way, but it sounds like everything happened for a reason.

She and Brendan, a former police officer for the NYPD, shocked fans when they announced their marriage in February. The two met in November 2018 while Miranda and her band, Pistol Annies, performed on Good Morning America. He was assigned to cover Times Square and got a lot more than a free show. Just three days before he met his now-wife, his ex gave birth to their son, but ~it all comes out in the wash,~ right?

Miranda has been loving this new chapter of her life as a stepmom. “My stepson is amazing,” the Grammy winner confessed during an interview with Extra on June 6. “I’m loving that whole phase, and I’ve raised a million dogs, so I feel like I’ve got that part of my womanly/motherly thing full, so this is a whole new journey. It’s great.”

It’s awesome to see that the two have assimilated to marriage so smoothly. The NYC native especially loves his new digs in Nashville. “He loves talking about Miranda,” a source exclusively dished to Life & Style after the stud was spotted having a boys’ night out in NYC on June 26. “He’s so happy he moved there to be with her and has no regrets, especially because he realizes he’s happier in Tennessee than he was in New York.”

Keep the music coming, Miranda!
