What does Nikki Bella think of all of this? Earlier this week, WWE Superstar John Cena publicly revealed that he wanted to get back together with Nikki in an emotional plea. Now, Nikki has exclusively revealed her response to John's message in an interview with Life & Style to promote the upcoming Season 3 premiere of Total Bellas. Last month, John and Nikki announced their split after six years together and they also called off their wedding just weeks before they were set to walk down the aisle. During an appearance on the Today show, John had hosts Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb in tears as he openly spoke about how devastated he was over his split from Nikki.

"It’s up and it’s down, it’s been incredible reflective which is amazing, but it’s very difficult. I had my heart broken out of nowhere," John said. "I love her, I want to be with her, I want to make her my wife, I want to be the father of her children, I just want us to work."

It was such a sweet, romantic gesture to go on national TV and proclaim his love for her, but the thing that shocked fans most was the part where John revealed that he did want to have kids, which seemed to be one of the deal breakers for Nikki and it was part of the reason why she decided to call off their wedding.

Fans will get a more in-depth look into what led Nikki to make the decision to break up with John during the upcoming season of Total Bellas, and cameras even captured the raw, heartbreaking moment John and Nikki decided to call off the wedding.

"I will never force you not to be a mom," John told his fiancée and Nikki replied, with tears streaming down her face, "I thought I could really sacrifice that and I just can't." Then John told Nikki, "I'm not sure that we should go through with this."
