Oscar Nominee Ryan Gosling’s Madame Tussauds Wax Figure is Offensive to His Hotness
We have no desire to pose next to this Ryan Gosling wax figure!
Madame Tussauds Berlin unveiled a new statue of the actor on Monday, Jan. 23, and to say it falls flat would be a major understatement. Not only does the 2017 Oscar nominee look slightly cross-eyed, but his facial hair is straight-up pedophile-like.
The wax museum’s location in London did a much better job in 2014, nailing the 36-year-old’s smoldering good looks and dressing him in a sexy, blue suit. In fact, we’re getting all hot and bothered just thinking about it!
Despite the unfortunate likeness, Ryan has plenty to celebrate this week! The father-of-two was nominated for a Best Actor Oscar for his work in La La Land. “I’m very grateful to the Academy for recognizing my work in La La Land,” he said in a statement after hearing the news. “It was a true collaboration, so to see everyone else’s wonderful work on the film acknowledged so generously makes it even more special.”
The Crazy, Stupid, Love star already won a Golden Globe for his performance in the musical. During his acceptance speech earlier this month, the very private actor gave a shout-out to his longtime girlfriend Eva Mendes, with whom he has daughters Esmeralda, 2, and Amada, 9 months.

“I just would like to try to thank one person properly and say that while I was singing and dancing and playing piano and having one of the best experiences I’ve ever had on a film, my lady was raising our daughter, pregnant with our second, and trying to help her brother fight his battle with cancer,” he shared. “If she hadn’t taken all that on so that I could have this experience, it would surely be someone else up here other than me today. So, sweetheart, thank you.”
