Pop star Pink is shattering everyone's post-baby body expectations!

The mom-of-two took to Instagram on Saturday, April 1 to share a powerful message about body image four months after giving birth to her second child. The singer got real about her weight loss journey — and she even revealed how much she currently weighs — in order to prove a point about the reality that women face after having children.

"Would you believe I'm 160 pounds and 5'3"? By 'regular standards' that makes me obese," the 37-year-old wrote in a caption of a gym selfie.

"I know I'm not at my goal or anywhere near it after baby [No.] 2, but dammit I don't feel obese," she continued. "The only thing I'm feeling is myself. Stay off that scale ladies!"

Fans flooded the comments section of her post, complimenting her on how she looks and thanking her for being so honest and candid. Many of them even shared their own stories about their weight loss journeys.

"Thank you for this. Such an encouragement," one fan wrote and another commented, "You look amazing. Thanks for posting this, baby [No. 2] has changed my body and I'm trying hard to accept it while being healthier and getting stronger."

Pink revealed that she was expecting her second child with her husband — former pro BMX racer Carey Hart — last November when she posted a photo of her already large baby bump on Instagram. One month later, the "Just Like Fire" singer gave birth to a son named Jameson Moon Hart, and she also shares five-year-old daughter Willow Sage Hart.

Six weeks after giving birth to Jameson, she started her weight loss journey and has been documenting her progress on Instagram. She's been working closely with personal trainer Jeanette Jenkins for the past seven weeks and Jeanette shared a sweet message of encouragement to Pink on her own Instagram page.

"I'm so proud of you [Pink], you are a force and I love your fire. Shine on," she wrote in the caption.
