Pregnant Christina Milian Is ‘Nervous’ About Having a Newborn Again But Says ‘It’s All Worth It’
Baby jitters! Christina Milian is pregnant with her second child and exclusively confessed to Life & Style that the nerves are starting to set in. This will be her first baby with boyfriend Matt Pokora — they are expecting a boy. The songstress also shares her 9-year-old daughter, Violet Madison Nash, with Terius Youngdell Nash (known as rapper The-Dream). Although this isn’t her first rodeo, the star couldn’t help but admit that it will be a transition.
The 38-year-old hilarious dished about her random fears, which are actually very relatable. “Let’s just say the first thing I was nervous about was, ‘Oh man, my car is going to be so dirty. All the crumbs in the car seat!’ And then, just trying to figure out how to open a new stroller. I’m like, ‘Did they make it easier yet?’ I don’t know yet, I’ll have to get one and find out,” she said during the H&M x Sesame Street Partnership Celebration on September 28.
Worries aside, the “Dip It Low” songstress is over the moon excited about this next chapter. “I guess you can’t really stress. Once it happens, it’s just one of the most exciting things and it’s all worth it. I’m excited. It’s going to be so much fun,” she gushed.
One new thing that Christina will experience is raising a son. “I was like, ‘Oh man, boys can be wild!’ But you know what? I’ve decided not to stereotype boys. I said, ‘OK, I’ve seen some really calm boys, too. So, I’m not going to just assume [that I’ll] have just a crazy kid crashing trains and automobiles into everything!” she said.
The gorgeous mama is totally going to rock this next chapter of her life with Matt, 34, who she is head-over-heels in love with. The couple shares their birthday on September 26 and the songstress posted the sweetest tribute to the stud. “Now, it all comes full circle in 2020 with 2 kiddos! I don’t know what any of that means … but damn we look good,” she wrote on Instagram while noting that they found out she was two months pregnant on their two year anniversary. “Here’s [to] u my sexy man who keeps me balanced! … I rock with you till the wheels fall off! Happy Birthday to US!”
