Rachel Lindsay Takes Aim at Dean Unglert in Sassy Tweet to Kristina Schulman — and the Shade Is So Real

Queen of sub-tweets! Former Bachelorette star Rachel Lindsay took to Twitter on Tuesday, Sept. 5, to applaud Kristina Schulman and her decision to leave Bachelor in Paradise on Monday night’s episode following her messy relationship with Dean Unglert.

While Rachel’s tweet was technically a congrats to 25-year-old Kristina, the Dallas-based attorney’s message was front-loaded with serious shade aimed at Dean, 26. “Never settle @kristinaschulma ….love you girl ?,” Rachel wrote.

As BIP fans have witnessed this season, Dean — who was fourth runner-up on Rachel’s season of The Bachelorette — has been stringing along both Kristina and Danielle Lombard. While the Colorado native’s romance with D.Lo, 27, still seems to be going strong, the brunette bombshell recently told Entertainment Tonight that she can barely watch it back on TV.

“Watching it back, it’s cringeworthy,” she said. “I don’t know, in terms of a relationship, how mature [Dean] is.” According to Danielle, she believes that the show’s temporary break — due to Corinne Olympios and DeMario Jackson’s sex scandal — is partially to blame for Dean’s misguided attempts at love.

“I remember directly asking Kristina, ‘I know you guys went on a date. What happened?’ and she said, ‘Oh it went well’ … [she didn’t] say, ‘He’s off limits,’ or something,” Danielle explained. “[Dean] said he felt like things were getting too serious too quickly and he wanted to take a step back and date other people.”

During BIP’s brief filming hiatus, Dean and Kristina hung out together in her hometown of Lexington, KY. On Tuesday night, the hunky startup recruiter shared a photo of the two from their time spent down south, letting her know that he feels bad for the way he treated her. “You were out of my league,” he captioned the pic.
