The Australian native is all about fitness these days! As of late, she’s been documenting her workouts on Instagram and we must say, her posts serve as the perfect fitspo for this summer.

Recently, she shared a video of herself going on a morning stroll along with a powerful caption. “Waking up this morning with gratitude, ready to crush this week ahead! Guys, remember to feel beautiful because you are x. It’s not about how much you weigh, or certain features on your body — it’s about being kind to yourself and loving yourself x,” she wrote.

Though Rebel is doing all the hard work, she also makes sure to thank her support system. “It’s hard on this health journey to keep focused so I’m so grateful to all my friends who are helping and being so positive. @carlyjsteel 💕 even in the face of churros we prevail!” she captioned an Instagram photo with a friend.

In mid-June, the Pitch Perfect star revealed she’s been working with VIVAMAY Altaussee, a clinic and health resort located in the Austrian Alps, in order to lose weight. The blonde beauty also admitted that she filmed “the whole experience for an upcoming documentary about health.”

In the same post, Rebel shared before and after photos, which clearly showed her weight loss up to that point. “I feel like you can clearly see the difference — I lost 6.6 kg’s or 14.5 pounds by following the VIVAMAYR lifestyle — drastically improved my digestion system which then in turn helps my immunity,” she wrote.
