The Kardashians better watch out. Blac Chyna is coming out swinging in her lawsuit against the famous family — and her first target is her baby daddy Rob Kardashian. In court documents, Chyna (real name: Angela Renee White) is accusing Rob of secretly undergoing $100,000 worth of weight loss surgery and lying about doing traditional diet and exercise.

In the lawsuit, the mother-of-two also denies Rob’s claims that she underwent extensive plastic surgery following the birth of their daughter Dream. “In fact, Rob Kardashian himself underwent weight loss surgery that cost $100,000, whereas Ms. White’s surgery was for a lesser amount,” the document stated according to the Daily Mail. “Ms. White underwent minor cosmetic procedures including a breast and butt reduction as well as a small amount of liposuction around her belly button.” She also claims those allegations had a negative impact on her career.

“Accordingly, the manner in which Rob Kardashian revealed Ms. White’s personal medical information jeopardized Ms. White’s endorsement deals with several weight loss, fitness, and diet companies — that all pay Ms. White to promote their products on social media,” the document continued.

Rob, 30, has yet to comment, but things aren’t looking so good for the reality star, whose rapid weight gain is reportedly beginning to worry those closest to him. According to Radar Online, the father-of-one is headed for some serious health issues if he continues to live the way he’s been living.

“At the moment, ice cream is his big weakness,” a source told the outlet. “He thinks nothing of having two or three tubs in the afternoon.” Though Rob seems to have no desire to get thinner, friends worry that this could have a detrimental effect on his health. “It’s wreaking havoc on his diabetes,” the source added. “Not to mention the added stress the weight is putting on his heart.”

Since his breakup and revenge porn scandal with his ex, it’s clear Rob hasn’t been having the best time recently. “He thinks food is the only good thing in his life,” the source said. Besides the health battle, Rob has also been facing some financial hardship thanks to his baby mama.

It was reported that Rob would have to dish out $20,000 per month for his ex-lady. Those payments will go towards many things, including nannies. Not only that, but Chyna’s legal fees will be paid for by the sock designer.
