‘Jersey Shore’ Star Ronnie Magro Posts a Picture Alongside Chris Brown and People Are Not Having It

When it comes to toxic masculinity, there are few men in the public eye who have created more controversy (and subsequently, headlines) than Chris Brown and Jersey Shore star Ronnie Magro. Surely, a picture of the two of them together would result in an onslaught of hate. Oh wait, that actually happened.

On July 17, the reality star shared a snapshot of himself alongside the rapper, Kevin Hart, and DJ Whoo Kid. While commenters were quick to dismiss Kevin Hart and DJ Whoo, they couldn’t help but comment on "the similarities" between Ronnie and Chris — unsurprisingly, it wasn’t pretty. "Doing this for years!! #Legends #AllTheBestAtWhatTheyDo&Love," Ronnie captioned the pic.

"Chris Brown…the best at what? Beating women?" one fan wrote, referencing Chris Brown's domestic violence allegations. "Did you get tips from Chris on how to beat your girl?" commented another.

Beyond domestic violence allegations, people were quick to mention Ronnie’s infidelity, which was a big plot point during the first season of Jersey Shore Family Vacation. "Why am I not surprised that Ronnie is hanging out with Chris Brown? Cheating birds of a feather flock together," someone added.

After being on social media for nearly two days, the image has continued to rack up similar comments of outrage. However, there were a few fans in the minority who came to Ronnie’s defense. "I swear people be judging Ronnie just by what they see on TV when they don’t even know how he really is behind the cameras!" one member of Team Ronnie commented. "Quite the crew, bro! Hope you had an absolute blast," wrote another.
