’90 Day Fiancé’ Star Anfisa Nava Is Training Hard for a Bikini Competition — See Her Insane Results!

“Good Morning,” Anfisa captioned this up-close-and-personal snapshot of her washboard abs on Wednesday, May 29. Needless to say, her followers are *beyond* impressed with how cut she looks.

To be fair, Anfisa has always had a stellar bod. That said, it’s absolutely amazing to see what she’s been able to accomplish in less than two years.

“Wow you look amazing! Good luck on your competition,” one user commented. “Your hard work and dedication has definitely paid off! You look amazing. I’m rooting for you on your competition,” echoed another.

In addition to all of the well-deserved praise, a lot of Anfisa’s followers were dying to know what her diet plan consists of. After all, it’s got to take a lot of nutrition to fuel a body like that.

Thankfully, the TLC personality has provided a complete overlook of what her meal prep looks like! We stan a helpful queen.

“What I eat (second week of bikini competition prep),” Anfisa captioned a snapshot of her food on April 20. “Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with veggies and English muffin with peanut butter.” Yummy! So far, so good. We’d be down to eat that for breakfast. Wouldn’t you?

“Lunch: Salmon, lentils, barley and spinach,” she continued of her second meal of the day, followed by, “Dinner: Chicken, sweet potatoes and broccoli.” Once again, this seems pretty doable! Sure, it’s not pizza and beer, but it’s clear that it’s worth the sacrifice.

Anfisa also noted that for lunch and dinner she seasons her food with her favorite coconut Aminos seasoning. Good to know! Thanks, girl.

Now, we know what you might be thinking, “What about the snacks?” After all, eating between meals is basically an Olympic sport for most people.

No worries, Anfisa broke those down, too. What a gem! “Snacks: Cottage cheese with berries, chocolate covered mini rice cakes and jicama sticks.”

“This is not very different from what I’ve been eating before I started prep,” the brunette beauty clarified. “I adjust the amounts of ingredients in each meal based on my macro goals for the day.”

Not sure what that means? It’s OK, let Anfisa explain: “If it’s a day when I can have more carbs, I make more sweet potatoes/lentils/or eat a couple more rice cakes. If it’s a lower carb day, I do the opposite or switch higher-carb foods with something lower in carb,” she explained. 

“And some days when I’m too lazy to cook a whole meal, I have a protein shake instead, but most of the time I’m able to hit my macros without it.” Hmmm, it’s nice to know even Anfisa has a go-to lazy day plan. We might be needing that.

As for Anfisa’s actual workout plan? Well, she posts a ton of exercise content on her social platforms and her YouTube channel. The best part? She’s super consistent with uploading.
