’90 Day Fiancé’ Star Paola Mayfield Shares Awesome Tips and Trick for Traveling With an Infant

“I used to be the kind of person on the plane that if a baby was crying, I would roll my eyes,” Paola began her post on Monday, May 21.

“Now that I have Axel, I understand how difficult it is to travel with infants — and not because of the crying, but because we want our babies to feel comfortable and not scared or in pain,” the reality star continued.

“Today, there were four babies sitting up in first class and our little Axel did so great again! I felt bad for the other babies, as I noticed their ears were bothering them,” the proud mama expressed.

“Russ and I are prepared when traveling with Axel, even though he is such a great passenger!” Paola wrote, before breaking down her “tips when traveling with an infant.”

Paola’s first pro tip said, “Boob, bottle or pacifier when taking off and landing — especially when you’re crossing 10,000 ft altitude.”

Her second suggestion was to bring disinfecting wipes to “wipe down your seating area.”

As for keeping your baby entertained? Paola recommends bringing their favorite toys. “When he gets bored with one just switch to another one!” she wrote.

Of course, there’s the most important question of all: What do you do when your little one starts crying in the air? Paola has the perfect solution to nip that in bud before it even happens.

“Walking around before he starts crying, as he will be happy to see new things!” she explained. 

Last but not least, Paola reminded her followers that worrying is only going to make the situation more stressful. At the end of the day, your baby comes first.

“Patience and don’t worry about what others will think when your baby is crying!” she wrote. “Babies are babies and sometimes they are not use to all of these new experiences.”
