Get it, girl! Over the weekend, Paola Mayfield took to Instagram to show off her serious muscle gains since giving birth to baby Axel in January. The 90 Day Fiancé star, 32, even gave her followers a step-by-step guide on how to “buy a butt.” *Wink, wink.* Scroll through the gallery below to get the full scoop!
For starters, the hot mama posted a killer snapshot of herself rocking a backless, magenta bodysuit. As much as we adore athleisure, it was Paola’s backside that stole the show!

“This is how you buy a butt,” she began (sarcastically, we assume). “1. Pay a membership at the gym. 2. Start with these exercises!”

The reality star then went on to list her go-to booty workout routine. Now would be a good time to grab a notepad, y’all. Paola knows her stuff!

“Hip thrust on a smith machine while increasing weight each set 20/15/10/8,” she instructed.

Followed by, “Front squat on a squat machine while increasing weight each set 20/15/10.”

“Squats on a smith machine while increasing weight each set 20/15/10,” she continued. Is anyone else getting sweaty just reading this? No? Just us? OK.

Given how hard Paola trains, it’s a shame to see trolls accusing her of surgery! After all, earlier this month, the brunette beauty made it perfectly clear that she’s back at the gym and going HAM.

“It is what it is, I’m back to working out,” she revealed. “Tho, I can’t lose weight as fast as I would like because it will affect my milk supply.”

Considering Paola looked pretty incredible pregnant, we have no doubt that her post-baby fitness journey will follow in suit. That said, she knows that her little man and role as a mommy comes first.

“No matter how crazy my body has changed, I just love the fact that I’m a mom of an amazing son!” she previously wrote. “I really miss working out but at this point my priorities are Axel and completely healing my body. There’s nothing wrong with big boobs and a big butt.”
