And baby makes three! Serena Williams and fiancé Alexis Ohanian welcomed their first child — a little girl on Sept. 1 — and fans are finally getting their first look.

“Meet Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr. You have to check out the link in bio for her amazing journey,” Serena captioned the cute photo of mother and daughter. Watch the video below to see the adorable pic!

On her blog, Serena opened up about her delivery and revealed there were some complications. “We’re leaving the hospitals after six days,” Serena says in a video clip. “It’s been a long time but we had a lot of complications but look what we got. We got a baby girl.”

WPBF-25 news producer Chris Shepherd broke the news of the birth earlier this month, tweeting, “Tennis star Serena Williams gives birth to a baby girl weighing 6 pounds, 13 ounces. Mom and baby doing well.” Sources close to the new mom confirmed to both E! and Us Weekly that the tennis pro gave birth in Palm Beach, FL.

The 35-year-old found out she was pregnant in January. In June, she talked to Vanity Fair about the fear and excitement she had surrounding her pregnancy. “I don’t know what to do with a baby,” she said at the time. “I have nothing … I’ve done absolutely nothing for the baby room.”

She even opened up about the shock of finding out she was expecting in the first place. “[I] did a double take and my heart dropped,” she said, revealing that she took six pregnancy tests before she believed the news was real. “Like literally, it dropped.”
