Going the extra mile! Tarek El Moussa pulled out the stops while celebrating his girlfriend Heather Rae Young’s 32nd birthday on Monday, September 16, by giving her a luxurious Ferrari Portofino for the special occasion. The Flip or Flop star obviously dropped a pretty penny on the shiny new ride, which is estimated to be around $250,000. Heather revealed how incredibly excited she was about her extravagant gift, taking to social media to praise her beau.
“Omg omg omg I’m freaking out!!! Best birthday ever!! I love you so much @therealtarekelmoussa,” the Selling Sunset alum captioned her Instagram Story post, showing off the white vehicle with a bow on the top. “She’s so gorgeous,” the blonde beauty added. Heather was all smiles while revving the engine and Tarek, 38, was loving every minute of it. Talk about an amazing surprise!
Heather seemed to be having the time of her life while celebrating her new milestone, as they even traveled to the Montage at Laguna Beach for a spa day after stopping by the car dealership. “We just got massages and facials … feeling so fresh. Did you like yours?” she asked Tarek while soaking up the gorgeous views outside. “It was a great day,” he replied. Over the weekend, the dynamic duo was seen taking shots on a yacht with friends to get the party started. C’est la vie!
Tarek and his new girlfriend first sparked romance rumors in July when they were spotted packing on major PDA on a boat in Redondo Beach, CA, at the Portofino Hotel and Marina. Clearly these two are still going strong!
Just last month, the father of two enjoyed a celebration of his own and gushed over what an incredible time he had. “I can say this is the happiest birthday I’ve had in many years,” Tarek wrote. “I’m so grateful for everything I have in my life!”
As fans may recall, Tarek and his ex, Christina Anstead, 36, were married for nearly nine years before calling it quits: they finalized their divorce in January 2018. The exes share two children together, Taylor, 8, and Brayden, 4, and Christina recently welcomed a bouncing baby boy with her new husband, Ant Anstead.
It looks like everything worked out for the best!
