Taylor Swift Is Looking to Settle Down in London With Her BF Joe Alwyn!
Home is where the heart is, so it makes sense that singer Taylor Swift and her boyfriend, Joe Alwyn, plan on taking their relationship to the next level by buying a house together. They’re hoping to snatch up a $16 million mansion in Hampstead, North London, according to an insider who spoke with Life & Style exclusively.
“They’re in the process of putting down roots in the U.K., as Taylor has ‘fallen in love’ with leafy, suburban Hampstead,” the insider revealed. We could totally see the 29-year-old musician as a London girl — she’s been there filming the movie musical Cats, so we’re not surprised she’s diggin’ her temporary home.
The couple recently visited a detached 5,000 square foot Georgian mansion and are considering putting an offer in on the massive home! The five bedroom space is perfect for them, as they’re said to want to raise a family in the home. They also asked about the local schools and other family resources in the area, according to the insider.
Color us totally shook, but super excited, at the idea of Taylor and Joe starting a family! But, we need to see these two make a red carpet debut first. The couple has been dating well over a year but only recently started to be more public. The singer shocked everyone when she showed up at the 2019 Golden Globes to support her beau, who was up for an award with the cast of his film The Favourite — but they didn’t take the red carpet together.
Following that, the world was unsure whether Tay would opt to attend the Grammys or the BAFTAs, but once she was confirmed to be skipping the music awards show, we were hoping to see the couple strut their stuff on the BAFTAs red carpet. But, Tay actually snuck into an afterparty to meet up with her beau post-show. Considering the biggest awards show of the year is yet to come, we’ve got our fingers crossed for the adorable duo to make their red carpet debut at the Oscars!
