Are You ‘Ready for It?’ Joe Alwyn Is Prepared for a ‘High-Profile Relationship’ With Taylor Swift
There’s nothing a man won’t do for the woman he loves! Joe Alwyn is ready to be more public with Taylor Swift after laying low for so long, according to a source who spoke to Life & Style.
“Taylor showed a darker side of herself with Reputation and she had a lot of fun with it. But everyone knows that she’d love nothing more than to become America’s sweetheart again. She’s spent a lot of time under the radar in Nashville, but Taylor wants to be more active on social media and hang out with her gal pals again in New York and Los Angeles,” the insider explained.
She’s been through plenty in the last two years, but seems to be in a better place now, and that’s affecting her relationship in a positive way. “Joe has been by Taylor’s side through all of it and while they kept their relationship low-key at first, they’re a lot more open about sharing their romance with the world these days,” the source continued.
“This is going to mean a high-profile relationship, and while Joe isn’t used to that, he insists he’s ready for it.” Good for them!
The couple first got together in 2017 and it wasn’t until recently that they became more public. For instance, they were seen getting cozy in February at the 2019 BAFTA awards. Taylor even skipped the Grammys to be with her man in London to show him support for his role in The Favourite.
The pop star is back in the music scene so it’s no surprise she wants to show off her relationship. On Friday, April 26, she released the first single off her upcoming seventh studio album. “ME!” which features Panic! at the Disco’s Brendon Urie, is a cheerful, upbeat track, opposite of the kind of music she released on her previous album, Reputation. Based on her new sound, it seems that the “Look What You Made Me Do” singer is feeling good again. We couldn’t be more ~ready~ for this new side of Tay!
