Kailyn Was In Charge

The reality star was not only in attendance, but she actually hosted the gender reveal party. “I’m hosting a gender reveal for my friends this weekend & still haven’t found a cool way for them to find out. Everything I see has been done a bunch of times,” she tweeted.

The Party Was a Success

It looks like she figured it out — she went with a cute bee theme. Considering she has three kids of her own, Kail is bound to get creative. She’s also a pro at co-parenting.

Chris Was Also There

Chris, who is her ex and the father of her third son, Lux Russell, 18 months, was in attendance to support his friend, who’s a father-to be. But by the looks of it, Kail didn’t mind! Though the two have had a rocky relationship over the years, they manage to make it work for their son.

There’s No Sign of Becoming a Couple Again

However, that doesn’t mean she sees herself back with Chris. In November 2018, Kail revealed she had a new boo but confirmed it wasn’t her baby daddy.

Baby No. 4?

Kailyn has said she’s done with guys but still wants another baby. “Yeah I definitely want more kids, I would love to have girls,” she said during an interview with Studology 101. “How it will happen, I don’t know, but we will figure it out I guess.”

Kail wants her own little mini-me. When asked if she would leave it up to destiny to give her a boy, she said, “No I think I would do gender selection. I got three boys, that’s enough!”

It’s been nine years since Kail first became part of the Teen Mom fam, thanks to her first pregnancy in 2010.

Four years later, after getting together with Javi Marroquin, 26, she had her second child, Lincoln, 5.

Obviously, Javi and Kailyn didn’t work out — there were reports of cheating involved, which was one of the reasons the two filed for divorce.

While she was with Javi, she suffered a miscarriage, and Kail felt as if he “blamed” her for losing the baby — which was their final straw as a couple.

She Met Chris in 2016

Eventually, she moved on with Chris, but it wasn’t the easiest situation. For a while, Kailyn kept the identity of her third baby daddy private.

Her on-again, off-again relationship with Chris has been documented on the show, but he hasn’t made and appearances … and there’s a reason for that.

‘Teen Mom 2’ is Kail’s Thing

“Chris is a huge part of my life and is not interested in being on the show,” she told Us Weekly. “I think he kind of feels like it’s my thing. He’s kind of watched [exes] Jo, Javi and other people take advantage of me being on the show and the platform that it brings them. And I think that he doesn’t want to be that person.”

Chris Wants to Make a Name for Himself

“Also, he kind of wants to be self-made. I don’t think any real man wants to hear, ‘You have what you have because of Teen Mom,’ especially because he wasn’t a teen parent,” she revealed. “He’s about to be 25. It just doesn’t really, I guess, he doesn’t want to be part of it for those reasons.” Good point!
