Just two weeks after Teresa Giudice learned her husband would be deported to Italy for fraud, the RHONJ star’s dad lands himself in the hospital. According to a new report, Giacinto Gorga is “not doing well.”

Teresa, 46, shared a photo of herself on Instagram Stories reclining on what appeared to be a hospital bed over the weekend but provided no explanation. A source told Radar Online on Saturday, however, that “he has been in the hospital all night.”

Meanwhile, Teresa is still dealing with the aftermath of her husband’s impending deportation. “Based upon the law, I find you deportable and ineligible for any kind of relief,” Judge John Ellington announced during an Oct. 10 court hearing in Pennsylvania. “Mr. Giudice, no matter how this turns out, I wish you the best. I decided this case as a matter of law.”

In July 2013, both Teresa and Joe were indicted on 39 counts of fraud and tax charges, later facing an additional two counts that November. (The couple had already dealt with financial woes for years and filed for bankruptcy in 2009.) Teresa completed 11 months of a 15-month sentence was released from prison on Dec. 23, 2015. Joe is currently serving a 41-month prison sentence.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight Oct. 29, the Bravo star opened up for the first time since news broke of Joe’s deportation order. “We are not even thinking about [whether we’d move to Italy] right now,” she revealed to Brooke Anderson in New York City. “We’re going to take it day by day. We’re going to take it one step at a time. First, we’re going to process the paperwork to do an appeal, and we’re going to get through that.”

She added that she has no plans to divorce him. “We’re going to be a family, and we’re going to fight this and get through this.”
