Last week, it was revealed that Joe Giudice would be deported to Italy following his sentence for mail, wire, and bankruptcy fraud in 2019. His daughter Gia Giudice, who he shares with RHONJ star wife Teresa Giudice, was horrified by the news, and took to Instagram to defend her dad and beg the judge to change his mind.

My father is no threat to society,” Gia, 17, began, beside her “favorite photo” with her dad when she was just a tot. “He is one of the most warm-hearted people I know, he would never harm a soul.” Gia went on to say that her father is selfless, and she believes he has learned from his mistakes and did his time, and it’s not fair to punish him by sending him to another country when he came to America as a baby.

“Isn’t being in there supposed to make you realize your mistakes so you can become a better person?” she continued. “And that’s exactly what my father did. He hasn’t felt or looked this good since he was in his 30’s. We have so many plans to do as a family when he gets out. I need my father to be here. My father belongs with us and his entire family. My father came into this country when he was one year old, the United States is the only country he knows, spread the word #bringjoehome.”

Gia’s not the only one desperate to bring her daddy back. While Teresa has been pretty reserved about the situation, only hinting at her frustration by saying she was taking life “day-by-day,” her other daughter Milana, 13, has also been vocal on social media.

“My dad, who is the best dad in the world, needs to come home,” said Milana. “We aren’t done fighting dad. I can’t believe this is happening. I can’t imagine another day without you. We are gonna do everything we can to fight this daddy!! I love you with all my heart buddy❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️#heartbroken💔😢.” We hope for the family’s sake that Joe is able to appeal and stay in America with his kids!
