Joe Who? Teresa Giudice Is Spending Her Christmas In The Caribbean Amid Deportation Drama
Out of sight, out of mind! For the third year in a row, Joe Giudice is forced to sit behind bars instead of spending Christmas with his family. But if you think his wife Teresa will just be moping around the house until she gets the chance to visit him… well, you thought wrong. A source revealed the family’s holiday plans in the new issue of Life & Style, on newsstands now, and they don’t involve a trip to the local penitentiary… but to the Caribbean!
According to the source, Teresa, 46, has already booked a stay at the Moon Palace Jamaica in Ocho Rios for herself and her four girls — Gia, 17, Gabriella, 14, Milania, 13, and Audriana, 9. “The girls have off from school so they were looking for a fun trip,” said the insider. “There’s tons of activities they’re looking forward to, like swimming with dolphins. Teresa might even get some pampering at the spa, the largest one in Jamaica!”
Meanwhile, Joe will be sitting alone at the Federal Correctional Institution at Allenwood over the holidays. This year will be particularly tough, as he recently learned that in 2019, he will be deported to Italy. Teresa has said the family plans to appeal, but unless a miracle happens, the court isn’t likely to change its mind.
While it may seem like Teresa is forgetting about Joe, it’s more likely that she’s just trying to forget about the holiday season altogether. Recently, she told Us Weekly, “I’m not all about the holidays since Joe is away and since my mom passed.” What better place to ignore your troubles than by the crystal blue sea? Try to have fun, Teresa!
