Things just keep getting worse for Joe Giudice! Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice’s husband recently learned that he will be deported at the end of his prison sentence, and on Nov. 2, Radar revealed that he has pretty much no chance of ever coming back if that happens.

That’s because Judge Ellington decided that Joe isn’t “eligible” to reapply for admission into America. “Because [Joe] was admitted to the United States as a lawful permanent resident and he subsequently committed an aggravated felony, the Court finds that Respondent is ineligible for an INA 212 waiver,” said the 13-page decision document.

The “INA 212” waiver is basically an application that gives a deportee “permission to reapply for admission into the United States after deportation or removal.” If approved, Joe could have tried to come back after being sent to Italy, but it seems this new decision has all but sealed his fate.

Teresa certainly realizes how serious the situation is. Recently, a source told Life & Style exclusively that she “feels like her hands are tied. There’s nothing she can do to change the legal system or the court’s mind, which is why she’s asking her friends, family, and fans to pray for Joe, to bring him home.”

Teresa hates the idea that Joe will miss major family moments, and there’s nothing they can do about it. “Teresa’s mainly worried about her girls not having their dad around for those important moments like graduation, first dates, and prom,” said the insider. “It’s heartbreaking, She doesn’t think deporting Joe, tearing him away from his family, does anyone justice. Teresa really believes that he’s being unfairly punished because she’s famous.”

But with no other options, sources tell Life & Style that Teresa will likely move on from the marriage, and leave Joe if he’s kicked out of the country. She doesn’t want to tear her kids away from the lives they know and love, even if it means being with their father. It sounds like the family is just hoping for some kind of miracle.
