Poor Joe Giudice. First, we learned that he will be deported to Italy after his 41-month prison sentence. Then, we learn that his wife Teresa Giudice will leave him if he’s forced to move out of the country. And now, we’ve learned that he won’t get to see his kids much at all if he does leave. This poor guy just cant catch a break!

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star’s wife was equally as surprised and upset by the news as he was, and it made her reconsider how her future will look. “Teresa wasn’t expecting this at all. It’s terrible, for herself and of course her four girls,” a source told Life & Style exclusively. Since Teresa isn’t willing to uproot her family’s lives to move to Italy, she has no choice but to leave her husband… and keep her kids here in America, too.

“Teresa will get to say goodbye to Joe before he gets deported,” the insider continued. “She’ll bring her daughters to see him, too, to say their farewells, but they won’t be traveling to Italy anytime soon.”

We’re sure the news will crush Joe. He loves his girls, and the very first thing he thought about when he learned about his fate, was his four daughters. “I have to go back and tell my kids this,” he pleaded with the judge, asking him to change his mind. “They’ve been waiting to hear from me.”

It doesn’t seem like the girls will be happy about it either, as daughters Gia, 17, and Milana, 13, both took to Instagram to beg the judge to allow their father to stay. “My father is no threat to society,” Gia wrote. “He is one of the most warm-hearted people I know, he would never harm a soul.” Milana agreed, writing, “My dad, who is the best dad in the world, needs to come home. We aren’t done fighting dad. I can’t imagine another day without you!” We wish them all the best in this terrible time.
