Teresa Giudice Has Already Decided To ‘Leave Joe’ If He’s Deported: Sources Say ‘She Knows What Needs To Be Done’ (EXCLUSIVE)
Could this really be the end for Teresa and Joe Giudice? The Real Housewives of New Jersey couple has weathered many storms together — nearly twenty years of marriage and a prison sentence for each of them — but it sounds like Joe’s deportation may just be the final straw. One week ago, a judge announced that Joe will be sent back to Italy at the completion of his 41-month prison sentence in 2019, and a source close to the situation tells Life & Style exclusively that Teresa feels she has no choice but to leave her longtime hubby.
The decision certainly isn’t an easy one for Teresa. The source says shes loves Joe and “is devastated,” but she just can’t uproot her children’s lives and put her own career at risk. “Her entire world has shifted, but she knows what needs to be done,” said the source. “She’ll leave Joe — because there’s no way she’s moving to Italy.”
“Teresa wasn’t expecting this at all,” the insider added. “It’s terrible, for herself and of course her four girls.” It certainly won’t be easy, but she’s allegedly doing what she feels is right. “Teresa will get to say goodbye to Joe before he gets deported,” the source explained. “She’ll bring her daughters to see him, too, to say their farewells.”
One person who isn’t surprised at all is Teresa’s former cast-mate and rival Kim DePaola. She thinks it’s unlikely that she’ll ever visit Joe. “She ain’t moving and she ain’t going to visit him in Italy,” Kim told us. “I think she could not care less. Teresa has no blood running through her veins. She has ice water.”
On person who does seem to have Teresa’s back in this trying time is her sister-in-law Melissa Gorga. “She and Melissa were butting heads, but they’ve come together after hearing about Joe’s deportation,” the insider continued. “It’s good , because Teresa needs family around her, now more than ever.” We hope for the family’s sake that Joe is able to overturn the decision with an appeal.
