Fast forward a few weeks, and the brunette beauty is one of the favorites predicted to walk away with a Neil Lane sparkler.
Tonight, Rachel will go on her first one-on-one date with Nick, 36, in New Orleans, which she called her “best date ever!”

“Rachel has been kind of a front-runner since day one,” Nick told Entertainment Tonight. “Because I have so much confidence in her, she kind of had to wait a little bit.”
He continued, “She was one of the easiest ones to talk to. I love a woman who knows how to have a great conversation and just have a strong personality, and a great smile. She certainly has all of those, and today I am having a lot of fun with her.”
