It’s the end of an era. After almost 11 years on the market, the Kardashians’ original fake home from KUWTK has finally sold. According to Zillow, the 7,843 square foot mansion in Studio City, CA, was purchased for a cool $5.25 million. While that *may* seem like a ton of money, it’s actually kind of, er, a steal. How is that possible, you ask? Well, believe it or not, the house is worth $6.63 million!

In addition to being one of the most recognizable homes on the planet, it also has a decent amount of pretty legit amenities. There are seven bedrooms, a wine cellar, home theatre, and something called “maids-quarters.” Can you imagine being rich enough that your house just comes with space for your servants? LOL. Can’t relate.

Oh, there’s also a massive pool, decked out bar area, gorgeous mountain views, and a garage big enough to fit four or more cars. Because, you know, having only one car is just sad.

The only unfortunate thing about this place is that Kardashians technically never went inside. That’s right, y’all, E! only used the mansion for exterior shots to protect where the famous family members really live. Speaking of which, the real-life homes of Kris, Kourtney, Kim, Khloé, Kendall, and Kylie are far superior to their once-reality show decoy.

In fact, with the holidays right around the corner, the lovely ladies have taken to social media on a number of occasions to show off the impeccable Christmas decor in their humble abodes. Needless to say, nobody can keep up with the Kardashians when it comes to *Kristmas.*

At the end of the day, we’re just happy that America’s favorite family continues to let us peer into their private homes. After all, who doesn’t enjoy sobbing over real estate they’ll never be able to afford?
