Tim Tebow’s Wife Demi-Leigh Is Pregnant With Baby No. 1! They’re ‘Over the Moon’ About 1st Child
2025 is already off to an amazing start for Tim Tebow and his wife, Demi-Leigh Tebow, as the couple revealed she is pregnant with baby No. 1 on Tuesday, January 14.
Tim, 37, and Demi-Leigh, 29, posted a joint announcement video on Instagram. Set to JJ Heller‘s “I Get to be the One,” it opened showing the couple walking from behind, as the former beauty queen then turned to reveal a sizable baby bump under her figure-hugging white dress.
The former Heisman Trophy winner then unfurled a photo showing sonogram shots, as the two cuddled some more then walked hand in hand through a field. “Baby Tebow arriving this summer,” appeared at the end of the video.
Celebrity friends and fans rushed to share their well wishes in the comments. The Bachelorette alum JoJo Fletcher wrote, “Congrats y’all!!!” while her husband, college football analyst Jordan Rodgers, added, “I’m so so so happy for y’all,” with a red heart emoji.
“I’ve been waiting for this one. You two will be incredible parents! How blessed is this baby,” one fan gushed, while another predicted that if it’s a boy, they’ll have a “2045 Heisman Trophy Winner!!”
“We are just so excited and so over the moon to be having a baby together,” Demi-Leigh told People about her pregnancy, saying she and Tim are “honored for the privilege of getting the responsibility and the joy of being mom and dad.”
The former Miss Universe revealed that she’s 16 weeks along. “I’m so grateful because I just couldn’t imagine a better life partner to do life with first and foremost, To be able to raise a little tiny human being together. I’m so grateful that Tim is my husband … that we get to do parenting together,” she shared.
The college football analyst told the outlet that it hasn’t sunk in completely that he’s going to be a father, “But when I’m with her and I see the belly growing, then it just becomes so real.”

Tim and Demi-Leigh tied the knot on January 20, 2020, after a yearlong engagement. The couple met in early 2018 at an event held by Tim’s foundation for people with special needs.
The retired NFL player confirmed their romance to ESPN in July 2018, telling the network, “She is a really special girl and I am very lucky and blessed for her coming into my life.”
The following month, Demi-Leigh made their relationship Instagram official, sharing a selfie of the pair. “Happy Birthday Timmy. You are such a bright light in so many people’s lives. Have the best day ever!” the Sedgefield, South Africa, native wrote in the caption along with a red heart emoji.
The couple married at La Paris Estate in Cape Town, South Africa, following Tim’s proposal on his family’s farm in Florida.
“I’ve been looking forward to three things,” Tim told People on his wedding day. “The first moment I see her in her wedding dress, the first kiss, and the first dance together as man and wife. It’s such a special night.”
He continued, “I’ve been waiting my entire life for someone special, who I can spend the rest of my life with. I was waiting for the right person to come along … all of my dreams have come true. It was 100 percent worth the wait.”
