‘Little People, Big World’ Star Tori Roloff Says It Took Her ‘8 Months’ to Get Pregnant
So brave. Tori Roloff got candid about her experience with her second pregnancy during an Instagram Q&A on Tuesday, May 14, and revealed it was a difficult process for her to conceive.
The Little People, Big World star, 28, encouraged followers to send in any baby related questions. One fan asked, “How long did you try to get pregnant before succeeding?” to which Tori got very personal. “Eight months, which was hard and makes me have such an appreciation for women in general. Conceiving isn’t as easy as it’s made out to be,” she replied.
On May 13, she announced she was pregnant by sharing a set of Instagram photos with her husband, Zach Roloff, and their 2-year-old son, Jackson. “Zachary and I are so excited to announce that Jackson is going to be a big brother! We are expecting a sweet baby girl this November! Thank you so much for always supporting our family and loving us!” she captioned the post.
Like his wife, Zach also posted some sweet family pics when sharing the big news with fans. “Yay!! Tori and I are excited to announce that Jackson is going to be a big brother to a little sister!!” he wrote.
In late April, the couple said they wanted to expand their family. “We have plans,” Zach told Us Weekly. “We want a family. I would love four or five kids. I want a little pack. Right now, we’re just kind of [like], if it happens, it happens.” Tori agreed and said, “it’s just on God’s timing and just whenever. We’re ready for it.”
Well it looks like it’s finally happening! Aside from giving their son a sibling, they will also be giving their niece, Ember, who is Jeremy and Audrey Roloff’s daughter, a cousin. This is great especially since they are all super close. “Ember comes over and stays at our house … [when] Jeremy and Audrey are doing their own thing,” he told the outlet. It looks like it will be a full house!
