‘Vanderpump Rules’ Lala Kent Reveals Dramatic Details About Her ‘Break’ From Randall Emmett
Yikes! Vanderpump Rules fans were surprised to find out that before getting engaged, Lala Kent and Randall Emmett broke up for a brief period. During the February 25 episode, all their dirty laundry was aired and it was revealed that their split was actually very messy at the time. The reality starlet even started making plans for her financial future … in her own way.
“I just feel like Rand and I are not the same … I decided to take a break from him,” the 29-year-old said through tears to her friend and co-star Brittany Cartwright. She added, “There’s just a lot going on.”
Although she was clearly torn up about the situation, she admitted that things got nasty between the two which ended with the 47-year-old taking her shoes. The SUR-ver divulged, “He kept my Gucci slides — he took them from and was like ‘I want you to remember!'”
Katie Maloney was obviously disgusted with Rand’s behavior. “This whole thing just seems ridiculous,” she disclosed in her confessional. “[He’s acting] like she’s some kind of child. Like you took away a toy you got them because you want to punish them?”
If heartbreak isn’t hard enough to deal with, Lala started thinking about what a huge hit it would be to her wallet. “With my financial situation, I know I can afford my rent — which he was paying,” she acknowledged. “But, I can afford it on my own. I can afford a car on my own.”
She did note that her life would have a lot less luxury. “The only thing that will be different is that it’s not going to be ‘Oh, we’re going to be traveling on a private jet to f—king Mykonos.'” However, she made it clear that she didn’t give a damn. “Guess what, honey? There’s a lot of d—k out there for me to suck to get on a PJ,” she exclaimed. “No matter what I can still live that life.”
Obviously, she and her beau worked things out and got engaged back in September after two years of dating. They seem happier than ever but it looks like Lala is still flying commercial … sort of.
The group headed down to Nashville for Kristen Doute‘s birthday and Lala posted a video on her Instagram story before the dreaded ~regular~ flight on February 26. “If I’m flying commercial I’m doing it like this,” she hilariously captioned a video of her being driven on the runway in a private car. Baby steps, right?
