‘The White Lotus’ Star Natasha Rothwell Teases Season 3 Final Episodes: ‘So Surprised’
With only two episodes left of The White Lotus season 3, there’s still a lot of loose ends to be tied up. Actress Natasha Rothwell assured fans they’ll get a satisfying ending, but it won’t be one they ever see coming.
“I fancy myself a pretty good sleuth,” Natasha, 44, told TVLine in an interview published on Tuesday, March 25. “Law & Order was my bread and butter growing up. Even though I was reading the [White Lotus] scripts, and I think I know where it’s going, I had no idea. I think audiences are going to be so surprised.”
Natasha, who plays Belinda, continued, “Mike [White’s] a weaver, right? So there are all these glorious threads that are dangling throughout, and they come together in a way that’s just so exciting. He’s singular. No one can do what he does.”
Each season of The White Lotus has begun with a death, but audiences are left to put together the pieces of who and how the person died as the episodes continue to the finale. Just like the previous two seasons, fan theories have run rampant on social media as viewers try to guess what really happened.
Some believe the unfortunate hotel guest to meet their demise during season 3 might be Chelsea, played by Aimee Lou Wood. Chelsea and her boyfriend, Rick (Walton Goggins), have a tense relationship, and she’s already had two close calls with death this season. Chelsea was one of the people in the hotel’s gift shop when it was robbed at gunpoint, and she was later bitten by a cobra when Rick released all the snakes from their cages while they were visiting a local attraction in Thailand.

“The White Lotus season 3 death just might end up being Chelsea. Could she get in the way of a bullet intended for soulmate Rick (perhaps at the hands of the hotel’s owner)? She’s had two brushes with death (robbery and snake bite) and hinted bad things come in sets of three,” one person wrote via X after watching episode 6 on Sunday, March 23.
Another contender in fans’ eyes is Saxon Ratliff, played by Patrick Schwarzenegger. He found himself in the midst of a threesome with his younger brother, Lochlan, and a woman he met at the hotel named Chloe (Charlotte Le Bon). Chloe is dating Gary (Jon Gries), who fans know as the man behind Tanya McQuoid’s death in season 2. Even though Lochlan (Sam Nivola) was the one who had sex with Chloe, viewers think Gary might think it was Saxon instead and end his life.
Plus, Saxon was horrified when he realized what went down with his brother (as well as everyone watching), and some believe that he might turn the gun on himself.
“Chloe telling Saxon what he and Lochlan did … yeah Saxon is gonna kill himself,” wrote one person on X.
Another person replied, “He’s disgusted with himself, and when he finds out the scandal his father‘s embroiled in and that they’re gonna lose all their family money yeah it’s a possibility.”
New episodes of The White Lotus air Sunday nights on Max at 9:00 p.m. ET.
