Here’s What’s Really Up With That ‘Future Mrs’ Jersey ‘Bachelor’ Star Cassie Randolph Was Rocking
Awkward! Bachelor couple Cassie Randolph and Colton Underwood sent fans into a frenzy on March 23 when they shared a pic wearing matching hockey jerseys. What’s so crazy? Well, while Colton’s shirt said “Underwood” on the back, Cassie’s said “Future Mrs!” Fans thought that meant they were finally engaged, but a source close to the couple tells Life & Style exclusively that wedding bells aren’t ringing just yet.
“Everything is still the same,” said the insider of the relationship. “The jerseys were just a gift. They were surprised with them just before they rang the bell at the Golden Knights game in Vegas.” While the couple is apparently not engaged quite yet, they are “really happy enjoying this time together and can’t wait to see what’s in store for them in the future.”
That much is obvious because 27-year-old Colton is clearly head-over-heels for his girl. He proved that when he told her he was in love with her while he still had two other women left on The Bachelor, and momentarily quit the show when she left. To make it work, he came back and promised her that he was happy just to continue dating, no engagement necessary. Of course, fans are still hoping that they’ll get one sooner or later!
“If u like it put a ring on it!!💕” said one fan after seeing the cute photograph. “Shouldn’t she accept a proposal first? 😂” another teased. A third asked, “where’s the ring tho?” Relax, guys, it’ll happen when they’re ready! The couple has still only been together for about four months, so we don’t blame them for taking some time to get to know each other better.
Others, fairly, thought Cassie’s actual name should have been on her jersey, especially considering they aren’t engaged. “Does she have a last name? lol” asked one annoyed fan. We can only imagine the mania when they actually do get engaged!
