Kayla is already the proud mother to a son named Izaiah Cole Alexander, whom she welcomed on September 30, 2017 with former flame Stephan Alexander. Now, she’s thrilled to have a baby girl with her current beau Luke.

After getting an ultrasound, the reality star took to Instagram to share her sonogram photos. “We got to see our baby girl today 💞🎀,” she captioned the snaps.

Fans were sharing their excitement in the comment section. “Congrats!” one wrote. Several asked if the happy couple had decided on a moniker for their baby girl.

“Do you like super girly names or unisex names for this baby? I’m sure we’d love to throw our opinions out there,” one wrote. Kayla replied, “I’m open to anything!”

Kayla confirmed that she and Luke haven’t made a decision quite yet. “We can’t agree on anything,” she added.

The pair decided on a unique way of revealing their child’s gender. It was a “free throws or pink bows” themed bash and Luke dunked a basketball like a pro in order to make it explode on the floor.

During an Instagram Q&A earlier in the month, a fan asked Kayla about her growing family. “Was your second pregnancy planned?” the comment read. “Definitely not!” she replied.
