Arie Luyendyk Jr. and Becca Kufrin Just Had the Best Date in ‘Bachelor’ History!
When it comes to first dates, Arie Luyendyk Jr. may have just made Bachelor history. The former race car driver gave his first one-on-one date card to Becca Kufrin — and, in our opinion, the couple experienced the best (and most expensive) date ever.
So, how did Arie sweep Becca (and every woman watching) off her feet? To start off with, the 36-year-old greeted the brunette beauty at the mansion on his motorcycle where they sped off for a day full of champagne and shopping. Becca was then surprised with a visit by stylist Rachel Zoe — and she promptly began trying on dress after dress for her night out with Arie. After picking a favorite, that "brought our her eyes" according to Arie, she was informed she could keep the whole rack!

Yes, Becca was gifted several gowns from Rachel's clothing line. To put this in perspective, each dress usually retails for around $500 to $1,000. To complete her look, Arie —who was clearly putting his net worth on full display — got down on one knee (again) to present the Minnesota native with a pair of bedazzled Christian Louboutin pumps. At this moment, we officially fell in love with Arie, despite his shady reputation.
After popping another bottle of champagne, Becca, 27, received another gift from the one and only Neil Lane — and we were blinded by all that bling. As expected, the girls were jealous of her date when she came home holding bags of designer goodies. And Twitter definitely exploded as well. "Applications for #TheBachelor definitely just tripled after this date," one fan wrote before another added, "Buying expensive gifts and taking someone home? This is some aggressive first date s–t."

Even Bachelor alum Kristina Schulman was impressed, tweeting, "Hold up, can I redo my season of #TheBachelor just for those shoes?!" And to cement his place in Bachelor history, Arie informed Becca she could take home the pair of Neil Lane diamond earrings she was wearing and they celebrated under a shower of gold confetti. We see you, Arie.
